These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph33e platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ph33e Services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. ph33e may require identity verification documents (government-issued ID) before processing withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ph33e strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in Account Security settings. You must notify ph33e support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. ph33e shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to safeguard their credentials or did not promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Accounts and Wallet balances are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account, balance, or any Bonus entitlement to any third party.

ph33e requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. ph33e reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.
Withdrawals are subject to any applicable Bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active Bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is in effect may be declined or may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings, as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms.

ph33e's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph33e reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player breaches these Terms or any applicable policy; (b) ph33e is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) the Account shows indicators of fraudulent activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Upon termination for breach, any Wallet balance may be forfeited. Upon termination for inactivity or at Player request, any remaining verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the ph33e Services that cannot be resolved through ph33e's internal complaints process shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body.
Players with unresolved complaints are encouraged to contact ph33e support through the live chat function available in-account before escalating to formal proceedings. ph33e commits to responding to formal written complaints within 14 business days.
ph33e reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
